Here at Aspen Medical Group, we believe in putting prevention first. Practicing a lifestyle of exercise and good nutrition is core to our philosophy and the foundation for preventing many diseases. We also believe that wellness of mind and spirit go hand-in-hand with wellness of body and that there are many avenues to achieving your personal health goals.
All our providers advocate for proven life-saving interventions: mammograms and colonoscopies, nutrition and exercise, and blood pressure and cholesterol management, to name just a few. We also administer both routine and travel vaccinations for adults.
In addition to providing routine care, Aspen Medical Group sets aside several appointment slots each day for acute care, so patients with urgent health care needs can usually be seen within 24 hours.
